Facilitate communication and collaboration between customer service, sales, and technical teams to address client needs, manage installations, and provide post-service support. Analyse and streamline operational workflows and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure alignment with company standards and objectives. Provide leadership and support to a team of 20+ employees, including setting goals, monitoring performance, conducting training, and facilitating professional development. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction and generate reports to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement efforts.
Expected salary: 15000 per month
