Job description: Job Title Operations Intern, AcademyJob DescriptionThe Academy Core team is a part of the US Marketing organization and is responsible for customer education sales and training administration. The Academy Team is looking for a thorough and creative Academy Intern to help execute operations projects and administration for national training classes. Duties will include coordination and registration administration of classroom trainings in North America, and supporting the Senior Academy Coordinator with day to day operational tasks.The North American Axis Communications’ Academy includes instructor led training (ILT), webinars and eLearning, with more than 8,000 partners and customers trained annually.This is a paid part-time internship based out of our Chelmsford, MA office. Hourly rate is: $16/hr (non-negotiable) with a possibility to work remotely 1 day/week.What you’ll do:Update internal web pageCreate rosters for upcoming training eventsUpdate daily report of training event registrationsCollect attendee shipping addresses for virtual training eventsLead entry into CRM/SalesforceKahootEdit flyers and other marketing collateralProctoring as neededAssist with ad hoc LMS administrative tasks as neededCreate social media postsWhat you’ll need:Business coursework / interestSocial media savvinessExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to details and demonstrated ability to handle multiple prioritiesExcellent planning, time management, organizational and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft ExcelWe’d love to hear that you have/are:Working towards BS/BA degree in Marketing or related field0-1 years of relevant marketing experienceCurrently in school pursuing Bachelors degreePhysical Demands and Travel:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Physical Demands: Employee is occasionally required to lift 20-25 lbs.Type of Employment Temporary Employment (Fixed Term)Posting End Date 2025-05-15Certain roles at Axis require background checks, which means applicable verifications will be done in these recruitments.
