Job description: As the Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and timely support to the after sales support team. This position requires strong communication skills, exceptional troubleshooting abilities and a keen analytical mindset. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess a strong willingness to learn and thrive when collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver timely, accurate and professional reports to key stakeholders, including part sales, inventory and service dashboards
- Conduct analysis on OEM price changes and ensure accurate pricing uploads in the ERP system
- Prepare budgets for the after sales business (parts, service, and training) and generate monthly rolling forecasts for parts
- Collaborate with parts and service teams to provide monthly sales variance commentary between actual and budget figures
- Assist in retrieving data from the Inventory Control System (ICS) and troubleshoot ERP-related queries
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of general ledger setup, chart of accounts and associated data within various ledgers for detailed financial analysis

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or relevant field, with an additional qualification in data analytics highly preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in analytics and systems development
- Exposure to a dealership environment that sells a product and provides after sales support, service and training
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Power BI
- Desirable experience with SharePoint, possessing a detail-oriented, analytical mindset and ability to work independently with strong organisational skills
