Job description: The Operations Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating various operational tasks such as process improvement, project management, and administrative support. Responsibilities:

● Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

● Analyze existing processes and develop recommendations for process improvement.

● Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

● Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

● Track and report on key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.

● Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

● Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

● Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.

● Liaise with external stakeholders such as vendors and contractors.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.

● Proven track record of process improvement and project management.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

● Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

● Experience in the Islamic finance industry is an asset but not required.

Expected salary: 5600 – 6200 per month
