You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring that day-to-day operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate supply of materials and equipment
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and other events
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and information sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in office administration or operations management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Expected salary: 5600 – 6200 per month
