We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual with plenty of administration / Customer Services experience to join our team as a OnSite Roster Planner. You will be part of our thriving Industrial Recruitment team, stationed at one of our largest client sites in Mulgrave. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating and confirming personnel for various shifts. As a Roster Planner, you will manage the rosters for a large-scale client within the blue-collar sector, collaborating closely with the client to understand and address their workforce requirements. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential to your success, as elements of the role will require you to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will work from our client onsite office in Mulgrave, Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm.

Key responsibilities include:

– Developing and maintain rosters, managing up to 450 labour hire employees
– Communicating roster details and changes to relevant stakeholders
– Handling enquiries and administering roster adjustments, cancellations, and leave arrangements
– Assisting with payroll queries
– Participating in client stakeholder meetings

To thrive in this role, you should ideally possess:

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Reliability, flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic
– Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage and manipulate rosters effectively
– Adherence to clear processes and compliance guidelines
– Experience in workforce planning, rostering, or scheduling (highly desirable but not mandatory)

Expected salary: $65000 – 70000 per year
