Job description: Key Responsibilities:

- Retailer Site Management: Oversee products on retailers sites, ensuring accurate product listings, timely inventory updates, and smooth checkout processes.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze online store performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Product Listings & Content Management: Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and effective product information, images, and promotions are displayed on the platform.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by optimizing the user journey and resolving any platform-related issues.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, retailer site team, sales) to implement promotional strategies, ensure site functionality, and execute product launches.
- Reporting & Analysis: weekly report on key performance indicators (KPIs), retailer tarffic trends, and market insights to management.
- Retailer Relations: Build strong relationships with retailer teams and other vendors to maintain inventory levels, ensure timely deliveries, and manage product availability.
- Client Communication & Stakeholder Management: Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely updates.
- Account Management: Ensure smooth and effective management of accounts, keeping clients informed and resolving any concerns promptly.
- Invoicing & Procurement Processes: Oversee procurement-related activities, including invoicing, order processing, and vendor management, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing in accordance with business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in online store management, digital commerce, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital tools, and online marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing client relationships, stakeholder communication, account management, and procurement/invoicing processes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, power point etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Expected salary: 5000 – 7000 per month
