Job description: As an Online Customer Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who have purchased our products or services online. You will provide assistance with order placement, answer product-related questions, and handle any complaints or queries promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing returns and exchanges, managing customer accounts, and ensuring that all customer interactions are accurately documented in our system.Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or live chat
- Assist customers with order placement, product information, and troubleshooting
- Address customer complaints or concerns, aiming for a swift resolution
- Process returns and exchanges, ensuring that customers receive a seamless experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using customer service software, such as CRM systems
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult or upset customers
Expected salary: 5600 – 6200 per month
