Job description: We are seeking an experienced Online Customer Specialist to join our team. As an Online Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and cultivate strong relationships with our online clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media platforms.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate shipment.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience.
  • Track and report on key customer service metrics, identifying trends and implementing process improvements where necessary.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or online support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Expected salary: 5600 – 6200 per month
