As a Decoration Officer, you will implement design plans, manage in-store displays, and support promotional campaigns through effective visual merchandising techniques.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing store decorations that align with Majid Al Futtaim’s branding and communication standards
- Maintain visual merchandising elements such as signage, pricing posters, and promotional graphics
- Coordinate with store teams to implement seasonal changes, events, and promotional activities on schedule
- Monitor inventory levels of decoration materials and ensure timely replenishment
- Support daily floor walks and provide input on display enhancements across departments
- Ensure compliance with internal decoration guidelines, including placement, colors, and display consistency
- Flag and report any health or safety concerns related to display setups to department management
- Participate in executing Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives and permanent display concepts
Required Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in decoration, visual merchandising, or related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask and manage timelines
- Basic understanding of store layout and promotional design elements
- Creative flair with interest in brand visuals and shopper engagement
