- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring they are distributed to the right individuals.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments, including arranging necessary equipment, refreshments, and materials.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed, ensuring that adequate stocks are available at all times.
- Assist in organizing company events, including employee gatherings, workshops, and conferences.
- Provide general administrative support, such as drafting correspondence, editing documents, and preparing reports.
- Assist in managing travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and rental cars.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Expected salary: 5500 – 6000 per month
