Job description: Our client is currently looking for an Office Manager to join their team in Dubai.

  • Coordinate and oversee office operations for optimal organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure task completion.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
  • Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for proper resource allocation.
  • Plan and coordinate company events and meetings, managing logistical arrangements.
  • Manage inquiries from higher management.
  • Oversee all office operations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in office management.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE laws.
  • Basic knowledge of governmental issuances.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance contracts.

Salary: 10-15k AED
