- Providing administrative and business support to company CEO.
- Extensively manage e-mails including checking incoming/outgoing emails and following up as necessary.
- Respond accurately to internal and external information requests.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Organize travel arrangements, booking flights, accommodation.
- Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments.
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed.
- Perform basic banking and book-keeping task for personal.
- Maintaining demanding calendars for all senior executive team, which includes arranging and coordinating all meetings, internally and externally, as well as teleconferences.
- Organizing P & L meetings every quarter, along with coordinating other staff events.
- Co-ordinating with procurement team for clearing and ensuring timely outstanding payment.
- Email writing and correspondence.
- Support for writing media related interviews.
Expected salary: 12000 – 15000 per month
