Job description: Our client is looking for an Arabic speaking Office Assistant to the Chairman’s office in Dubai.

  • Internal and external meeting management
  • Travel and hotel management
  • Minutes of the meeting

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an EA/PA/Secretary to C-level management (prior EA/PA experience to senior management will be a plus)
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Great attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree

Salary: 15-20k plus family benefits including schooling
