Job description: In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations. Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries.
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, including data entry and retrieval.
  • Assist in preparing and processing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support and execute various projects.
  • Handle office errands and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Expected salary: 4600 – 5600 per month
