Job description: As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the office and providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the office by overseeing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and other records
- Process and track invoices, expenses, and other financial documents
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as a team player
Expected salary: 5600 – 5800 per month
