Job description: As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the office and providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the office by overseeing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and other records
  • Process and track invoices, expenses, and other financial documents
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as a team player

Expected salary: 5600 – 5800 per month
