We care.About the roleNorthern NSW Local Health District has an exciting career opportunity for a Nursing Unit Manager to join their Chronic Disease team. This role is responsible for the efficient management of the nursing and other relevant staff under their delegation and coordination of the provision of nursing care in the chronic disease program/clinical stream. Managing a range of services, including, but not limited to: Chronic Disease Management, Chronic Care Programs (Diabetes, Respiratory, Pulmonary and Cardiac). Leading nursing staff, ensuring effective liaison between all health professionals and responsible for the environment, work, and health and safety management in the chronic disease program /clinical stream.Join our team and you’ll enjoy:
