- Performs accurate and complete admission assessments.
- Monitors and documents the patient’s condition and the effectiveness of care and/or interventions.
- Maintains accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programs of patient care.
- To participate in audit processes for monitoring and reviewing nursing quality.
- Evaluates and provides teaching and educational material to patients and/or families, which may include diagnosis, tests and procedures, safe and proper use of equipment.
- Ensures that patient care within the facility is performed in accordance, established with corporate policies and procedures.
Expected salary: 10000 – 12000 per month
