- 7+ year’s experience
- NOC Management and NOC processes development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all network related issue/ticket.
- IP addressing and sub netting, Routing & Switching concepts.
- Monitoring and updating Tickets (issues) through Incident management system based on ITIL Process.
- Back-up and restore of all critical resources including router & switches.
- Working on incidents/changes/Problems escalated by the L1 team
Expected salary: 8000 – 11000 per month
Location: Dubai
