Job description: New Business Account Executive – JhbJob SummaryRESPONSIBILITIESIdentify top New Verticals leads within the country to partner and reach out to high value B2B leads through cold calling/emailsCreate and manage sales pipeline management systemCreate selling and business development presentations for customers to drive sales conversionsAnalyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reportsAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleManagement of sales cycle from lead generation to closeContinually meeting or exceeding sales targetsDeveloping innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territoryMonitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territoryPreparing weekly and monthly reportsLeverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with brands and restaurants interested in our client across South AfricaManage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties.Clearly communicate the values and newest products and projects.Help craft and redesign processes to ensure organization can move quickly and succeed at large scale.Work closely with product teams to innovate on our ability to grow our business & form best in world customer relationships COMPETENCIESBachelor or advanced degree from a reputable institution5+ years of relevant customer facing experience, with face to face or phone based experience preferredProject management skills to handle multiple projects and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholdersBe organized, self-driven, and possess strategic thinking ability.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish trust with internal/external partners ? Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across businesses and levels.
Expected salary: R18000 per month
