We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of our Seller Payments & Fee Processing platforms. The successful candidate will play a critical role in migrating our monolithic codebase to a microservices architecture, implementing solutions for SOX compliance, and mentoring junior engineers. This role is ideal for continuous learners who are passionate about code quality and thrive in a team environment working on high-availability systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new features for platforms.
- Migrate monolithic codebase to microservices architecture.
- Implement solutions to support SOX compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers through pair-programming and code reviews.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies and communicate effectively within a dispersed team.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in C# (ASP.Net/.Net Core)
- Experience with RDBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
- Strong understanding of event/stream processing mechanisms, preferably Kafka.
Industry Experience:
