Job description: Responsibilities:Perform compliance offsite controls based on the compliance risk and control matrix.Conduct regulatory watch on best practices in compliance controls and suggest improvementsExecute compliance onsite visits and audits according to the approved planPropose updates to controls to align with regulatory, internal requirements and international standardsCoordinate with relevant departments for timely control assessment reportingPrepare regular control assessment reports for the direct manager, highlighting progress and weaknessesParticipate in the review process of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment.Report compliance Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to risk management after manager acknowledgmentPrepare compliance review reports for offsite visits.Undertake special compliance missions, both offsite and onsite.Monitor staff accounts for compliance.Report unusual patterns or dysfunctions to the direct manager promptly mitigate risks.Identify and report gaps or deficiencies in compliance control reports to the direct manager timely.Manage day-to-day operations within the Monitoring department to ensure work continuitySuggest amendments to bank policies based on identified noncompliance issues to the direct manager.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the banking sector, with a focus on compliance.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking sector, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks.Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, AML and sanctions regulations.Relevant compliance certifications are advantageous.
Expected salary: 11000 – 23000 per month
