The environment is set up to foster creativity and collaboration, where employees work hard but also game during quieter periods and have access to a fully stocked kitchen for lunches, when not working from a client site.Minimum Requirements:Preferred certifications include MCP, ITIL, CE, MCSE, M365 FundamentalsIdeally 3-5 years of technical support experience, including exposure to M365 services.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.Familiarity with Windows operating systems, TCP/IP, and basic networking protocols.Self-starter with strong learning capabilities.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.Duties:M365 Support:Provide end-user support for Microsoft products.(M365, Server, Deskside)Assist with Google Chrome, G-Mail, and Google Drive.Troubleshoot M365-related problems and ensure timely resolution.Deskside Support:Respond to IT helpdesk requests promptly, both in local offices and remote locations.Handle inventory management and equipment preparation (new and old).Create technical documentation for staff.Manage user accounts and access rights.Technical Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.Configure workstations, printers, and other peripherals.Collaborate with management to improve systems and user relations.Customer Quotes and Supplier OrdersCollaborate with sales and procurement teams to generate accurate customer quotes.Process supplier orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.Maintain effective communication with vendors and suppliers.Please email your full comprehensive CV to resumes@kontak.catsone.com and quote JB4235 in the subject lineFor full JD & to apply online https://www.kontak.co.za/vacancies.phpPlease do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.IMPORTANT: We specialize in specific niche fields. Expected salary: R24000 – 25000 per month
