This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with technical experience in forklift repair and material handling equipment (MHE). Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts and other MHE equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using appropriate diagnostic tools
- Maintain detailed records of parts usage, repairs, and inventory
- Operate basic diagnostic software and update service logs accurately
- Ensure all tools and equipment are kept in working condition and safety standards are followed
- Support operational uptime by minimizing equipment downtime through prompt service
- Coordinate with supervisors for maintenance planning and urgent repairs
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or vocational certification in mechanical/electrical trade
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MHE or forklift maintenance
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of hydraulic systems, leaks, and wiring
- Physically fit to work in active warehouse environments
- Basic computer skills and ability to use diagnostic software
- Clear and decent communication skills
