Job description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchandiser. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall presentation and layout of merchandise in our retail store. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure that products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner, attracting customers and maximizing sales.Responsibilities

- Ensure that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales
- Conduct regular audits to monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of pricing and labeling
- Monitor sales trends and analyze market demands to make recommendations on product assortment and placement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to develop and execute effective merchandising strategies
- Maintain visual standards for the store, ensuring that displays are properly stocked, signed, and maintained
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to arrange timely delivery of merchandise and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess the effectiveness of merchandising displays and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in merchandising or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in merchandising.
Expected salary: 5600 – 5800 per month
