Job description: The MEP Technician will be qualified and experienced in Air Conditioning, Mechanical Systems & BMSbasics and is the principal technical resource in the maintenance teams. He must have a very well-developed understanding of maintenance principles and understand the importance of plannedmaintenance techniques. The MEP technician will also be responsible for managing resourcesappropriately to ensure that maintenance tasks are carried out at the planned frequencies andstandards.
Expected salary: 4000 – 4300 per month
