- Ensures the smooth running of a building’s mechanical, electrical and plumbing system and resolves issues quickly and efficiently.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, reading technical diagrams, and performing general electrical maintenance.
- Inspecting and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and plumbing components, following safety regulations, and maintaining knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
Expected salary: 3500 per month
