What you’ll be doing

Provides medical administration support services to the team/unit to support the achievement of the team/unit outcomes.

Selection Criteria * Relevant qualification, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience in related field.

  • Demonstrated administrative experience with ability to contextualise within the health setting.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and relevant industry specific software programs
  • Proven organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing demands in an often reactive environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision with proven ability to be flexible in attaining work goals and work as an effective team member.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and customer service skills with proven verbal and written skills.
  • Current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.

Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specific Diseases
This is a Category ‘B’ position, please read and understand NSW Health policy directive

All new employees must agree to comply with the requirements outlined in this policy. OASV requirements also include proof of vaccination against influenza and is compulsory for NSW Staff that enter any Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) or who work in NSW Health owned and operated RACFs
