The company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering graduate to join its team. The position focuses on developing practical experience in mechanical systems, project execution, and operational processes.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the design, planning, and implementation of mechanical systemsSupport senior engineers in operational and project-related tasksConduct system inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standardsContribute to technical documentation and reportsWork collaboratively with internal departments to support project deliveryEngage in learning and development initiatives as part of the graduate programRequirements:Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldStrong interest in district cooling and sustainable energyEffective communication and collaboration skillsEagerness to learn and grow in a structured, professional environmentCompensation & Benefits:Monthly Salary: AED 13,000 – AED 15,000 + Nafis benefitsMedical insurance for self, spouse, and one childAnnual air tickets for self, spouse, and one childEducation allowance for one child
