Indian will also workGender : MaleSalary : 12,000 – 15,000 AedJob Responsibilities :Reporting To: Product Development ManagerWe are in search for a suitable team member who is into automotive partsdevelopment. Experienced into vehicle parts development for both aesthetic & utilityproducts will be an ideal candidate.Responsibilities:1. Coordinate with Product Development team to finalize product ideas.2. Check product installation feasibility and prepare design of the product accordingly.3. Convert Images or Sketches or Drawings to 3D model.4. Create 3D model based on the scan data (Mesh file / STL File).5. Convert 3D simulation to Actual Engineered Product including A surface & B surfacecreation.6. Create detailed 2D Drawings as per Automotive industry standards and customerrequirements.7. Define Product Material of each kit components.8. Prepare Installation Manual of the products.9. Justify the design performance with the help of CAD tools. For e.g. FEA AnalysisSkills:1. Understanding of Automotive Interior and Exterior Parts Engineering and installation.2. Understanding of Automotive Standards and Regulations.3. Able to do Reverse Engineering from Scan data or physical part. (Mesh to CAD /STL to STP or IGES).4. Knowledge of materials (Plastics and Metal) and its manufacturing processes.5. Able to predict expected failures in production or on field and manage to makechanges during design phase.Added Advantages:1. Product DFMEA2.
