- Provides strategic guidance and recommendations for all MCCS Divisions to build branding of the organization and to increase market share with external customers and programs.
- Plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates market research to obtain customer preferences and marketing trends.
- Prepares internal office financial plans and related records and reports and may exercise authority on approved budget with Marketing Director approval.
- Supervises the Marketing Specialists, Commercial Sponsorship Coordinator, and Graphic Design Team.
- Responsible for coordination, accumulation and maintaining marketing information and statistics, preparing a variety of reports, publications and plans as required.
- Serves as the primary contact and delegating authority to Marketing Specialists for all in-kind sponsorship agreement requests.
- Provides direct oversight of the Commercial Sponsorship Program, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships are formed and resources are appropriately stewarded.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

EVALUATIONS:QualificationsWhat are we looking for?
- Minimum of four years related background that demonstrates experience directly related to the above duties.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing or related field is preferred.
- Must possess knowledge of and experience in using the principles of demographic research and media buying.
- One-year supervisory experience to supervise; deal effectively with subordinates, management officials, and patrons, and to communicate well, both orally and in writing.
- This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required.
