- Experience in perfumery retail preferred but not essential
- Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
- If applicable, willingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals
- Head the Marketing Division from scratch and work towards achieving the company’s goal
- Work in coordination with the design team, CEO, Retail Director, Brand Managers, and third parties
- Plan, strategize, and devise innovative ways to market the products in line with the interests of the company
- Identify new opportunities to promote the assigned brands
- Assemble and manage the marketing team
- Define, communicate, and manage the guidelines and processes for the staff to follow
- Identify key trends in the market
- Prepare, manage, and implement annual marketing and PR calendar
- Manage media visits for photo-shoots and ongoing media projects
- Salary Range: 10000-15,000
- Preferred Candidate Profile: Arab, Male or Female
Expected salary: 10000 per month
