Job description: Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.Generate qualified leads via outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.Maintain and update lead databases (CRM) with accurate information.Telesales & Cold Calling:Conduct outbound telesales calls to promote products/services.Explain company offerings, answer queries, and persuade prospects to schedule meetings or make purchases.Follow up with potential leads consistently to close deals.Client Handling & Relationship Management:Act as the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.Handle client feedback, resolve issues professionally, and ensure client satisfaction.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or client servicing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Expected salary: 6000 – 7000 per month
