Make an Impact:
As the Market Access Value Proposition Manager (Market Access Manager) you will ensure customized value propositions to Payers, Regulators, Providers and Budget Holders, including economic and clinical arguments in order to grant Market Access to our products.
You will be an important member of the Market Access team and will be able to contribute on strategic activities and projects and, as part of your role, you will:
· Provide customized value proposition to internal and external stakeholders
· Be an active part within Brand teams and identify opportunities to work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver on Brand objectives.
· Be the link between Business Unit Directors, Sales and Market Access
· Customize technical data into simple compelling messages in the format required and appropriate for local stakeholders
· Define Value Propositions by consolidating core value dossiers, stakeholder needs, local environment and Brand priorities
· Propose to Brand teams and provide training of analysis, tools, evidence, actions and programs to support and communicate the value propositions
· Monitor changes and competitive situation in the environment in order to anticipate risks and opportunities for Market Access
· Develop pricing scenarios, strategies and monitor prices together with Market Access& Governmental Affairs Director
· Prepare submissions, objections handling and negotiation with authorities
· Attend field visits with customers
· Attend congresses and networking events
· Provide Q&A for the Regional team
Qualifications
What You will bring to the Role:
· University degree (Masters preferred) in Natural Science, Economics, Swiss Politics or Law
· experience within pharmaceutical industry or in the health care environment
· Ability to oversee the political healthcare landscape, its participants, and stakeholders as well as its interconnectedness.
· Experience in negotiation with authorities or Health Insurances (Art. 71)
· Ability to translate technical messages into compelling value-stories.
· Business fluent in German, English
· Driven, passionate, ambitious
· Keen on maximizing AbbVie success through professional Market Access work
· Keep one step ahead of changes and have a good sense of the future of the Brands.
