Job description: As a Manufacturing Unit Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our manufacturing unit. You will work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth production processes and achieve our production goals.Responsibilities

- Assist in organizing and setting up workstations for production activities.
- Monitor production lines, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our standards.
- Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Prepare and pack products for shipping, ensuring they are securely packaged.
- Clean and maintain work areas, including machines and equipment, to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement them.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing software and tools.
Expected salary: 5600 – 6000 per month
