This means embracing hybrid- and remote-work whenever possible.Position Summary:Pax8 Academy Instructor Led Training plays a pivotal role in fulfilling the Academy’s mission to offer partners Engagement, Enablement, and Education, through Cohort Learning. The Manager of Academy Instructor Led Training is tasked with the strategic planning and execution of the Instructor Led Training program at Pax8. Additionally, this role oversees the program’s overall health, manages the budget, and maintains vendor relationships.Essential Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
- Strategic vision, process, and execution
- Build and maintain budgets and forecasts for the program
- Responsible for content alignment throughout the program, including subject matter experts
- Build and manage vendor relationships through sponsorship opportunities
- Lead and manage the team, including staff and educators
- Track program progress with data to demonstrate effectiveness
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least Five [5] years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in the MSP industry (preferably at an executive or ownership level).
- Ability to coach and provide expertise to MSPs.
- Ability to build and manage budgets and forecasts.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
- Project management ability
- Ability to draw conclusions and make independent decisions with limited information
- Self-motivated, reliable individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Event planning, community building, and business networking skills preferred.

Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $115,000/yr to $144,000/yr or more depending on experience.
