Summary:

The Market Access Integration Manager, as a member of the Business Product Owner (BPO) team for our Janssen Analytics, Insights, and Deal Engine ecosystem, will be responsible for connecting, integrating, and the generation of insights from various types of data (contracted, syndicated sales, and formulary coverage). This person will be responsible for updating and aligning of formulary data, across disease areas, with multiple data sets and training teams on how to bring to bear the Janssen Analytics, Insights, and Deal Engine (JAIDE) ecosystem. This individual will report into the JAIDE BPO and work closely with collaborators translating business needs, evaluating technical feasibility, and delivering capabilities which will allow for the curation of actionable insights in support of Market Access for our brands.
Duties:

Work closely with the JAIDE BPO in crafting and implementing the roadmap of JAIDE and informing best-in-class deal and customer analytics. They will be familiar with the U.S. Market Access landscape and the roles played by PBMs, Payers, and IDNs.

  • Responsible for integrating insights from various data sources, including syndicated data and contracted data resulting in more accurate analytics in the JAIDE ecosystem
  • Support the long-term roadmap for the JAIDE ecosystem through partnership with various collaborators (Value Access Pricing, Contract Strategy, Market Access Insights and Analytics, IT)
  • Understand Market Access and key players enabling you to work closely with multiple teams to ensure that market access data is mapped accurately, better reflecting the market access environment.
  • Synthesize large and sophisticated data sets vital to answer key business questions and uncover relevant insights
  • Recommend changes to overall JAIDE data strategy based on insights needed, partner feedback, technological advancements, changes in business priorities, and updates to data landscape
  • Work with internal and external partners who are responsible for crafting and building the new capabilities within JAIDE
  • Carry out organizational change and assist in implementing training programs for users of the deal engine to ensure they understand the process and use the system optimally
  • Coordinate data quality and integrity within the JAIDE environment
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of pharma and managed markets data sources (to include IQVIA, Symphony Health, formulary data, contracted data from Payers/PBMs)
  • Solid understanding of payer and provider contracted claims data and payer GPO portal data
  • Knowledge of the US PBM/Payer landscape (e.g. payers, specialty pharmacy, patient access)
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience using Tableau
  • Ability to coordinate, integrate, and analyze large data sources and draw cohesive conclusions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and presentation)

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to learn/apply Rx, patient claims, and managed markets data sources (e.g. IQVIA, SHS, formulary data, contracted data from Payers/PBMs)
  • Experience using sophisticated data methodologies and tools (e.g, SQL, Dataiku)
  • Ability to craft and influence organizational decision-making
  • Experience working with a matrixed team and cross-functional teamwork
  • Experience working with suppliers and supplier management
  • Knowledge across a broad spectrum of analytic approaches / data sources and ability to identify appropriate approach to address key business questions
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity; strong learning agility and proven success solving ambiguous business issues

This position is based in Titusville, NJ and will require up to 10% domestic travel

The base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $155,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
