We are seeking an experienced Manager – Design (Civil) to lead the design team for substation and cabling projects, ensuring high-quality designs, compliance with industry standards, and effective project delivery.Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Leadership:
– Lead and manage a team of civil designers and engineers.
– Ensure that designs meet project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
2. Design Development:
– Develop and implement design standards, procedures, and best practices.
– Ensure that designs are optimized for construction, maintenance, and operation.
3. Project Coordination:
– Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
– Ensure that design deliverables meet project schedules and budgets.
4. Quality and Compliance:
– Ensure that designs meet high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.
– Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards.Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
– Professional certifications (e.g., PE) are an advantage.
2. Experience:
– Minimum 8-10 years of experience in civil design, preferably in substation and cabling projects.
– Proven experience in leading design teams and managing design projects.
3. Skills:
– Strong technical knowledge of civil design principles and practices.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.Salary AED 20000-25000 + Family benefits

Expected salary: 20000 – 25000 per month
