Job description: Lead end-to-end contract management for outsourced services at a major hospitality project, ensuring compliance, negotiation, and timely execution while coordinating with internal teams, legal, and vendors.
- Oversee drafting, review, and management of outsourced service contracts.
- Lead contract negotiations and resolve commercial issues.
- Collaborate with legal and internal teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Maintain organized contract records and documentation.
- Provide contracting guidance and training to teams and clients.
- Manage multiple large contracts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Lead major service contracts for a flagship hospitality projectWork directly with senior leadership on high-impact commercial decision
- Atleast 7+ years of proven experience in contract management within construction, hospitality, or outsourcing services.
- Strong negotiation expertise and comprehensive understanding of complex service contracts.
- Leadership skills to guide teams and manage high-value, multifaceted contracts.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Arabic speaker will be beneficial
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to ensure compliance and drive contract excellence.
