- Set up and maintain IT systems, including servers, network connections, and data management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues to ensure seamless broadcast operations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on a variety of broadcast equipment, including Fiber, network and electrical.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to identify the root causes of equipment malfunctions.
- Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for critical equipment and machinery.
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment condition.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the facility.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks related to Broadcast equipment and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with external suppliers/manufacturers as needed for specialized repairs.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies necessary for maintenance activities.
- Reorder supplies as needed to ensure timely repairs and replacements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
- Report any safety concerns or hazards promptly to the appropriate personnel.
Education & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant coursework preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or a similar role.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance emergencies.
Expected salary: 6000 – 8000 per month
