- Track incidents and maintain audit records
- Support onboarding of new loss prevention staff
- Monitor store environments for safety and compliance gaps
- Coordinate with store management to resolve compliance issues
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in retail loss prevention or store audit
- Strong knowledge of retail security practices and operational risk controls
- Ability to conduct investigations, interviews, and detailed reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with audit tools
- Clear communication skills and the ability to train and guide store teams
