Job description: Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including customs clearance, warehousing, and inbound/outbound transportation.Ensure timely and accurate shipment deliveries and resolve any logistics-related issues promptly.Evaluate, manage, and maintain relationships with logistics suppliers, including monthly KPI assessments and regular service adjustments.Supervise cost applications and payments related to logistics suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance in cost accounting.Analyze logistics data and generate reports to support management decisions and drive process and cost optimization.Work closely with Sales, Procurement, and Finance departments to ensure smooth and transparent logistics coordination.Requirements:2–5 years of relevant experience in the logistics industry with hands-on knowledge of end-to-end logistics operations.Fluency in Chinese to support daily internal and external communication needs.Proven experience in supplier cost application, cost accounting, and payment processes.Strong communication skills for effective interaction across teams and external partners.High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage conflicts, build rapport, and thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Expected salary: 10000 – 16000 per month
