- Freight Management: Coordinate and oversee air and sea freight shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely delivery.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, and other third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing delays.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Cost Control: Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on logistics activities, performance, and issues.
Expected salary: 5000 – 7000 per month
