Job description: Job DescriptionOur Client, a European MNC Manufacturing company based in Ras Al Khaimah is Hiring Logistics Coordinator/Customer Service Representative, Candidates should be open to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah.Logistics Coordinator / CSR – Ras Al Khaimah (MNC Manufacturing)Role: Logistics Coordinator / CSRReporting To: Customer Service ManagerPurpose of Job: To ensure that all customers are provided with excellent customer service, while maintaining quality assurance procedures. The key elements are that all orders and enquiries are promptly and accurately received and actioned, working to the department’s performance targets.Key Task:1. Customer Servicea. Taking telephone orders and enquiries from internal and external customers.b. Maintain an accurate and up to date price list that is used for every order/enquiryc. Entering direct sale and consignment stock orders and processing consignment returns.d. Preparing and issuing credit notese. Updating sales order schedules and liaising with customers/account managers and works personnel regarding delivery requirements.f. Checking, resolving and advising against order progress procedure.2. Administrationa. Personal organizationb. Maintain documentationc. Reports3. Team worka) Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in your own and other departmentsMust have: Bachelor’s degree and Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Communication skills, ability to manage own workload, attention to detail, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, good organizational skills. Experience in similar role.
Expected salary: 6000 – 8000 per month
