Job description: Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
1.Customer Service Management:
a)Handle customer service for our customer base in assigned markets and different sales channels (Retail & Projects).
b)Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics and delivery inquiries.
c)Provide a high level of customer service to increase customer satisfaction, including handling delivery, proforma invoices, invoices, and receivables.
d)Build and maintain strong relationships with the logistic and sales operations stakeholders, customers & distributors.
2.Order and Delivery Management:
a)Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
b)Monitor order status and update customers on shipment progress.
c)Ensure orders and deliveries are processed as per company policy and compliance.
d)Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure smooth & timely & delivery of goods.
e)Resolve customer complaints and issues related to Logistics.
3.Logistics Coordination:
a)Handle communication and coordination with distributors in the region for all logistic related topics and shipments from factories.
b)Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and delivery records.
c)Generate reports on order performance, including delivery times.
d)Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
e)Identify opportunities for improving logistics processes and customer service.
f)Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4.Financial Management:
a)Ensure receivables are updated and payments are executed as per schedules and modes of payment.
b)Ensure LC documents are prepared in compliance with company policy.
5.Collaboration and Process Improvement:
a)Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
b)Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
c)Communication Coordination: Organize internal and external communication, like emails, reports, and other correspondence.Qualifications:
1.MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations or an equivalent degree from a recognized academic institution.
2.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in customer service and logistics management. Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
3.Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines.
5.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6.Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
7.Familiarity with local and international shipping regulations.
