Job description: As a Logistic Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the logistic operations within our organization. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth flow of goods and materials from the point of origin to the final destination. You will be a key player in enhancing productivity, maximizing efficiency, and maintaining cost-effectiveness.Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the logistics team
- Monitor and track all inbound and outbound shipments
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet customer needs
- Plan and organize logistics operations, considering factors such as inventory levels and production schedules
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operational efficiency
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of employees and provide constructive feedback
- Streamline logistics processes to minimize lead times and reduce costs
- Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts with external service providers
- Implement and maintain safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a logistic foreman or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of logistics procedures and best practices
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
Expected salary: 5600 – 6000 per month
