Job description: As a Logistic Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily logistic operations. This includes managing a team of logistics personnel, organizing and monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials. You will also be responsible for maintaining records, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of logistics personnel to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Plan, organize and implement logistic processes to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to meet demand.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain logistics reports to track progress and identify any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations in all logistics operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in logistics management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Expected salary: 5600 – 6000 per month
