You will manage local support operations, ensure smooth communication between clients and our remote teams, and play a key role in building and maintaining strategic partnerships in the region.AufgabenAs Project Coordinator at NOUS you
- Act as the primary contact for our clients in the UAE.
- Coordinate local support teams and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Step in to resolve technical issues when needed.
- Represent our company in meetings with partners and stakeholders.
- Help identify opportunities for growth and support business development efforts.
- Ensure seamless communication between local operations and our international teams.
Qualifikation
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- Young, agile, and digitally fluent — a true digital native.
- Technical background or strong affinity for IT and digital solutions.
- Previous experience in IT support, project coordination, or client management is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Abu Dhabi.
