- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Brazilian meals, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
- Plan weekly menus based on the family’s preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Manage food inventory, ensuring freshness and availability of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide a warm and welcoming dining experience for the family and guests.
- Assist with special events and gatherings as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook, specifically with expertise in Brazilian cuisine.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and presentation style.
- Ability to create customized menus based on dietary needs and preferences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid food handling and safety certification is a plus.
Benefits:Salary: 4,500 – 5,000 AED plus free accommodation, food, yearly air ticket and all benefits as per UAE laws
Expected salary: 4500 – 5000 per month
