Job description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lift Technician to join our team. As a Lift Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of lifts and escalators in various buildings and facilities. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise. Your expertise and attention to detail will help to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of these essential transportation systems.Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities on lifts and escalators
- Perform necessary repairs and replacements of faulty components
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Respond promptly to service calls and resolve emergency breakdowns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of lifts and escalators
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while carrying out all tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Lift Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Knowledge of lift systems and components
- Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Expected salary: 5600 – 6200 per month
